typing helpers

Are required. I need something to automatically type “it’s been a while since I last posted”, as it is all I seem to be prefacing my intermittent posts with these days. I put it down to being far too sociable or, as is more likely, being ‘under-the-thumb’ and not being able to play on my iBook nearly enough. Thankfully, I like the person that the thumb is attached too…
