Well, I usually don’t let it get this long before updating, but now I can exclusively reveal why:

Yep, I have finally gone and got myself a Vespa! My little baby-scooter, my first ever vehicle (even though I have been driving for nine years) has kind of occupied my mind for the past week, as I got used to the sensitive throttle, the wide high-speed turning curve, the complete lack of petrol consumption, the rivalry with the local pizza delivery dudes.

I have wanted one of these things for a long, long time, but had never been bothered enough to get off my arse and sort something out. So when one kind of falls into my lap, I jumped. Now I am insured, helmetted, and the fun begins…
