Christmas Tradition
One christmas event which is slowly but surely forming into tradition is our annual meal at Jonathan and Sarah’s, lovely food and childish conversation followed by some array of rubbish board games.
This year was slightly different in that we had two rubbish games – one a music-based DVD quiz with questions so hard that even the hairy cornflake, Dave Lee Travis, would have difficulty answering – the other, a board game based on Bullseye. The latter game had the potential to be great, if we could have only been bothered to really read the instructions – but you know what it’s like with a few glasses of wine down you, and the game deteriorated into a game of ‘who can actually hit the dartboard without putting holes in the wall’.
Which was just as enjoyable, I reckon!
